The room comes fully equiped, however, if you have your own furnithure it can come empty. You have a private bathroom with spa like amenities included. The house is very spacious and plenty of room for privacy with indoor and outdoor lounging, dining and cooking, to inlcude an outdoor pizza oven. It is keyless entry so you never have to worry about losing your keys. The outdoors is like a private oasis in the back. So tranquil and a great place for relaxation or entertainment, where you can enjoy playing "horse-shoes-cornhole-dart-board". Great for entertaining guest and self enjoyment. Enjoy swinging in a hammock while reading a book under the sun or stars. There are three wood burning fire pits. The kitchen is fully equiped, however, I can make room if you have your own things. Feel free to enjoy my herb garden for organic meals and cooking experience. I am a DIY fanatic so I am always working on projects around the house when I am home. I plan on traveling for work, and I spend a significant amount of time back home in California, so I need someone who is reliable and responsible. This is not a vacation rental-home, or an airbnb. This is a private home, and I am looking for a roommate. I will consider short term while in the process on a month to month basis. The property comes with "housekeeping, gardener, 24/7 maintenance" Roommate Requirements: I am looking for a roommate who is responsible. This is not a party house so, someone who does not do a whole lot of entertaining or have a partner who stays over night often. Visitors as well as overnight guest is fine, as long as it is not absused and done with consideration. I rarely entertain primarily due to my schedule and traveling, however, it is welcomed. I love hosting parties and events, and the property is totally suitable for it. My ideal person, will be someone who is looking for a long term roommate/shared space situation. There is no tenor. I will only be myself, when I am here in Georgia. It can be someone who works from home, seeing how the room comes with a desk, and printer, copier, fax , all wireless. This is a great opportunity for an entepreneur or traveling nurses, and other professionals. About Me: I am a project manager, and I spend a significant amount of time working. When at the property I am typically in my office, my garden, or the garage working on my hobby refurbishishing furniture. I love cooking, and I love working on DIY projects. I am always updating something. I also enjoy relaxing, and I spend of lot of time making sure the property is conduscive to relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy.
