Deposit $500.00 * 2nd Large room Rent $765.00 including utilities (Pg&e, garbage, water & high speed WiFi). Deposit $500.00 with Month to Month lease & requires a 30-day notice when moving out. Renting out a spare upstairs room in my home. House alarm and 24/7 surveillance system (cameras inside & outdoors). Unfurnished upstairs large Room (Weston Ranch). Upstairs shared Bathroom (rotating weekly cleaning it). * Have reliable source of income, Employed or student (that will be pay rent on time). Looking for a clean person (no couples or kids). * Sorry, No guests allowed Street parking, no pets, No smoking, vaping, no drugs in house. * Access to kitchen, microwave, cabinet and refrigerator. We keep a clean house. * No laundry on site * Must be dog friendly, I have two dogs that are mostly kept outdoors. They do come in everyday for a few hours (supervised). * Street parking across the street next to the mailboxes. 2 adults in home who are employed. Some may work nights and sleep during the day. I work from home. We keep to ourselves with no drama.
