Lease Terms and Conditions * No pets and no smoking are permitted on the premises. * This property is available under a 12-month lease agreement. * A background check is required for all applicants prior to approval. * Monthly rent is $2,200, due on the 1st day of each month. * Rent not received within five (5) days of the due date will constitute a lease default and may result in termination of the lease and eviction proceedings in accordance with applicable state and local laws. * The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease, provided the property is returned in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. * Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. If repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant will be responsible for the remaining balance. * Additional charges may apply for unpaid rent, late fees (if applicable), or any damages not fully covered by the security deposit.
