(It was impossible to put this in so I had to write it up as a 3 bedroom). THe master bedroom opens into a King sized bed and has it's own master bathroom and closet toilet and a walk in closet and shower. High ceilings, views. Bathroom feels roomy, comfortable, modern and clean. The second bedroom has a King sized bed and desk, a closet and then a ladder climbs up to the loft which is very large and private. There is a large walk in laundry room with large washer and dryer and with lots of room for storing towels, linens and anthing else that you might want. The passage to the living room and open kitchen is light and open. It has an absolutely stunning view and is modern, clean and open. Views of mountains from every room, as well as an amazing view of the ski resort, as well as Emerald mountain, from the balcony. It is also on the top floor of the condo complex (3rd floor) which insures that you will have nobody making noise above you. Location is marvelous, a block away from the river and a large trail that goes through town, as well as bowling, coffee and concerts. FREE Bus is in-front of condo which will take you to the ski resort and down town in a matter of minutes. Condo complex has a parking lot, so you are guaranteed free parking no matter the time. You will enjoy living here. Steamboat Springs boasts Champagne Powder in the Winter, absolutely stunning Falls, and Summers that are full of activity, free concerts , Rodeo's, and joy by the river. An amazing library. The condo is walking distance to down town, dining, shopping and local attractions. Bus is adjacent to the condo and can also take you in minutes. Time to drive to Ski Resort - 10 minutes (average) - bus can take you as well. Time to drive to Downtown - 5 minutes (average)- can also bike or walk easily via the core trail by the river which is easily accessed one block away. Bowling, acupuncture, chiropractic, restaurants, hardware, concerts, within a couple of blocks. NOTES: Utilities will be in your name unless renting for a very short term in which case there will be an additional fee. I am open to renting for different durations depending on the time of year. No smoking, no more than 4 people living here. No loud parties. Small well behaved dogs only with landlord permission and with extra fee. Please take off shoes at the door and treat home with respect.
