The second upstairs loft, located above the kitchen is a bit more open, as it overlooks the living room and all of those spectacular water views, has a KING sized bed. Additionally, there is a brand new heating system that allows every room to control its own heat and AC. EXTERIOR: This extraordinary property has 100 feet of waterfront access and a walk-in sandy bottom beach. The brand new composite deck that overlooks the water features outdoor dining for 8, some cozy couch and chair seating, and a propane Weber grill. The additional smaller patio area is complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax at, as well as, a picnic table that seats 10 for additional outdoor eating space. Additionally, in the event of a power outage, the back- up generator will automatically kick on for your convenience.
