PLEASE NOTE- If you would like to see the cottage please respond with your relevant experience. The lease is for one year and then month to month. Utilities run approximately $1100 a year for oil and $150 a month for electricity. Landlord pays for septic cleaning and oil service contract. Well water. Garbage collection not included. PRoof of $50,000 of renters liability insurance required. The cottage is on my property. I am looking for a part time caretaker. The rent is low (normally $2200+) as I need 5-6 hours of work per week on the property. I need an early riser to open up the chicken coop. The work is mostly landscaping/gardening. For instance, summer involves weeding, fall is leaf raking, winter is snow shoveling, spring is clean up. Experience with a weed wacker, log splitter, and Powerwasher preferred. There is some lifting of 50 pound bags of chicken feed. In addition, I need someone to take care of my dog, chickens and property when I travel. I need a self sufficient, self starter, problem solver who must be handy.
