The lease is for one year and then month to month. Utilities run approximately $1100 a year for oil and $150 a month for electricity. Landlord pays for septic cleaning and oil service contract. Well water. Garbage collection not included. This cottage is on my property. I am looking for a part time caretaker. The rent is low (normally $2200+) as I need 5-6 hours of work per week on the property. The work is mostly landscaping/gardening. There is some lifting of 50 pound bags of chicken feed. In addition, I need someone to take care of my dog, chickens and property when I travel. I require someone with gardening experience, or is a tradesperson or very handy.
