Welcome to Whispering Brook - our peaceful, secluded 4-bedroom home with an outdoor oasis! Take in the serenity of the private stream that runs through the yard from the furnished patio or the large screened in porch. Inside, the open living space has elegant decor, a stone fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with a large dining table, and grand piano. Located in Johnson, it's just a quick drive to Fayetteville or Bentonville and its only 1 mile to The Johnson square with several of NWA's best restaurants!Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Fully stocked kitchen with local Onyx coffee available. 3 private bedrooms with attached full bathrooms - King, King, & Queen. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Large bonus room upstairs with a Smart TV, couch, and 2 bunk beds that sleep 5 each- perfect for the kids! Enjoy the outdoor oasis! The patio is covered in greenery and has a porch swing, a dining table, and an outdoor shower (available in the warmer months). The screened-in porch is the perfect place to gather with your friends - there is a large outdoor sectional and a bar cart. The large back yard and bridge over the stream offer a picturesque experience. The driveway also has a basketball goal and more sports equipment and games for the kids to enjoy. Inside, our home features a large and open living area that is perfect for gathering. The living room has a large cozy sectional facing the huge stone fireplace and Smart TV. Across the room there is additional seating and a grand piano! In the kitchen you will find all the amenities to whip up a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. This space also has a large, elegant dining table and access to the patios. After a long day, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms: (1) Our first primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, Smart TV, lounge area and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and large shower. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom. (3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom that also opens to the hallway. (4) Our fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a Smart TV, couch, and 2 bunk beds each sleeping 5 (Queen, Full, Twin). Home to amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Northwest Arkansas does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew. Public Transit, bike trails, and ride share available. Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
