Lease terms

1 year initial lease. Tenant will be notified 90 days prior to the lease end if an additional year will be offered. This home sits on a church property. Tenant must be comfortable with parishioners/staff periodically coming and going morning through evening all days of the week (with an increase March/April and December). In addition, Sunday mornings will always have heavy traffic activity. Tenant should expect to periodically support intermittent facility needs (such as occasionally unlocking the sanctuary if they are home, rotating sprinklers or adjusting timers, taking garbage cans to main road weekly). Sewer/Water/Garbage is included in rent price. Tenant will be responsible for electricity (Avista) and their own cable/internet. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed.
