The following may result in denial: - Convictions for violent crimes against people - Convictions requiring registration as a sex offender - Convictions for property damage, theft, or fraud - Convictions related to the manufacture or distribution of illegal drugs Property Rules No pets allowed (Verified service/assistance animals permitted as required by law) No outside parking or storage permitted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage.
