Lease terms

- Renter is responsible for all utilities. - No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed on the property. - No business operations or business activities allowed on the property. - For residential use only. - No illegal activities of any kind are allowed on the property. - No pets allowed (including birds or reptiles or large fish tanks) other than one (or possibly 2) pre-approved small dog(s). - Owner may include some optional items which are not part of the lease. These items can be included at the renter's option, but these items are not warranted. The list may vary but currently include: an outside patio table for gardening & such, an electric dryer, a garage refrigerator, a king size mattress, and other item(s) as owner makes available. - Total move in costs include first month's rent ($2700) + $5k (non-interest bearing) deposit + dog/pet (non-interest bearing) deposit (if applicable).
