Looking for respectful/conscientious housemate with a full-time job outside the home or is a student with a source of income.… The home is two-story, 4 bedroom, 2700 square ft, The room for rent is about 120 sq ft, on the street level, faces the backyard, and shares a den and bathroom with one male housemate, whose room is on the other side of the den. Another male housemate lives upstairs and does not use the bathroom or den area. The shared downstairs bathroom has a separate sink and cabinet for each of you. The bedroom is currently unfurnished - but can be furnished if needed. There is a refrigerator and microwave available for you to use in the downstairs area. Full house privileges - the laundry, den and entrance are on the ground level and kitchen and a half-bath are upstairs, Month-to-month rental -- open to longer term lease after the first two months. No smoking, drugs. Reference/Employment/Background and Credit Check from Smart Move (you pay $45 directly to them) will be done prior to move-in. Refundable Security Deposit $800. Paid utilities includes water, gas, electric and garbage. There are indoor-only cats in the upstairs portion of the home, so other pets won't work.
