There are many dogs on the street, and I have dogs myself, so tenant must be okay with occasional barking. Will consider well-trained pets with fee. Owner responsible for electricity and water/sewer; tenant responsible for heat and property maintenance on their side, including lawn mowing (I can provide the lawn mower) and plowing/shoveling their parking and entrance area. Efficient Rinnai heater. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Absolutely no smoking. Parking included.
