Rent includes utilities, lawn/garden and weekly cleaning. For the winter months utilities and plowing will result in additional charges if the direct costs are more than $3000 per month. Caretaker lives on premises, in separate apartment, to assist lessee. No pets with exceptions please enquire. Small dogs may be allowed with additional security deposit. Please leave street shoes at the door. This is a non-smoking property. Plenty of parking in the 1200 foot driveway and in the circular drive. First month's rent, one month security deposit plus ACCORD certification from lessee insurance for liability. Renter's insurance required. At signing, first, last, 1 month security. Plus move out cleaning fee $1500. Weddings or events held at the property during rental period including more than 10 people require 2 week notice to owner and are subject to an event cleaning fee and additional deposit scaled to number of guests.
