Lease terms

For the privacy and security of the current occupants, the exact property address is not publicly displayed. The address will be shared with qualified applicants before scheduling a showing. Minimum 12-month lease. Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) applicants are welcome to apply. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Parking is permitted in the driveway and designated parking areas only. No parking on the lawn or blocking sidewalks. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. All applicants are subject to the same screening criteria, including income (where applicable), credit, background, eviction history (as permitted by law), employment or other qualifying income, rental history, and landlord references. Screening is conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
