This peaceful orchard retreat is a wonderful place to slow down, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of the California countryside. Walk through the orchard, make fresh lemonade, enjoy avocado toast, and when in season taste oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, lemons, and avocados right from the trees.
The cottage is surrounded by palms, pines, eucalyptus groves, rolling hills, and farmland views. Walk up the hill in the evening to watch the sunset over the orchards and surrounding countryside.
The property is especially welcoming for couples, solo travelers, children, pets, and older guests with limited mobility. It feels quiet, private, and removed from the city, while still being close to everything: about 1 hour from Los Angeles or Santa Barbara, 30 minutes from some of Southern California's best beaches, 15 minutes from Camarillo and Moorpark, and 20 30 minutes from Ventura, Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks.
The cottage is a large studio with one queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Outside, there is a spacious private area with a table, chairs, and lounge furniture. A washer and dryer are available just outside the cottage.
