I'm looking for a long-term (at least one year, and possibly much longer) tenant who will cherish living in my house. All utilities will be paid by the tenant and they aren't included in the rent. The house has own well but city septic. There's natural gas (the range, furnace and dryer), and tenant can either opt for garbage removal or take it to the local dump for free. Tenants is also responsible for yard maintenance, mowing and snow removal in winter. I don't allow smoking, drugs or any illegal activity! More details will be listed in the Rental agreement. I will email you Rental application, which doesn't cost anything. There is plenty of parking next to the garage as up well as in front of it. No parking on the street is allowed. Fenced back yard, and even a fire pit! Washer and dryer, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher stay. Please email me and I'll send you a rental application.
