About Simple Life Community
Each apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,050 square feet. Appliances Include: Range/Oven; Microwave; Refrigerator/Freezer; Garbage Disposal; Dishwasher. Appliance hook up available in each unit for full size washer and dryer (You would provide the washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a split hallway bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, both including a tub/shower combo available in each unit. The Deposit is $975 and flat monthly rent is $975. Water and electricity will be the tenant's responsibility. Amenities include a community garden at each building, playground, basketball court, soccer field, walking trail and gazebos at each building including grills and picnic tables. We have one apartment ready for move in now, one by May 15th and one mid November.
