Home has two bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with king) and two bathrooms, washer and dryer, AC, fireplace, gas grill, large covered deck, off-street parking (no access to garage), patio, garden, wi-fi.
It's 5 minutes to Mossyrock, 15 minutes to Morton, 35 minutes to Centralia/Chehalis, and 1 hour to Olympia and Longview. Neighborhood has boat launch (no parking or moorage) and swimming dock. Lake has year-round fishing, often stocked with trout. Small grocery stores and restaurants in nearby towns, larger ones in Centralia/Chehalis.
From 2 weeks to 3 months rental (with possible monthly renewal after that, depending on availability). All stays include twice-monthly house cleaning, hot tub maintenance, and yard care.
No pets, smoking, or vaping inside or outside. Maximum 4 people.
