Single family/2 story home located in the Village of Silver Creek. -Non-smoking -no pets -year's lease -lawn care (lawn mower provided) and snow removal (shovel) negotiable in monthly rent price; Discount in rent would be given if tenant takes on these responsibilities. -Tenant pays for electricity, heating and internet costs, with accounts in the tenant's name. -The landlord will pay for the first $300 of the water/sewer bill, the tenant pays for the remainder. Depending on your usage, it could be nothing out of pocket or an additional $50/month. Water/sewer cost-is paid every 3 months to the Village. -Trash bags required by the town are supplied to you by the landlord. Tenant would have no cost for trash/recycle -Appliances: washer/dryer is included. Refrigerator is a collector's vintage from 1960's. Works great and is very clean. Gas range is also vintage from 1960's, works great and is very clean. Microwave & toaster oven included. -If you need some furniture- 4 dressers and a full size bed with mattress can be included. The furniture is vintage, great shape, all wood. If not needed, we will remove. -Carpeting is throughout the house. Tenant is required to own a vacuum cleaner and take care of carpets. -We strive for good relationships with the neighbors. Respect for quiet hours, parking in the driveway/garage rather than on the road, and keeping the exterior of the house neat is a must.

Second Floor: 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with beautiful wood trim and large closet and optional bedroom set for you to use with 2 dressers and full size bed with mattress. The other bedroom with closet in the hall and optional 2 dressers for you to use; 1 full bath with tub/shower, Office area at the top of the stairs with small side room containing lots of shelves for storage or child's space. Window AC unit included. light colored carpet throughout upstairs, with metal blinds on the windows. Owner lives in neighboring town, will maintain all aspects of the house and appliances. After tenant moves in, some basement and exterior renovations may still need to be completed.
