Applicant must be clean, respectful, and responsible. Ideal applicants will have a 700+ credit score and make 2.5x the monthly rent ($3,250 monthly). Rent is $1,300 + utilities (estimated $120/month). Rent and utilities are paid through Venmo. Includes: -Private bedroom and renovated bathroom with access to patio from the room (can easily fit a queen-sized bed, end table, and shelving in the room) -1 covered parking spot with storage space above the parking spot -Washer/dryer in unit -AC/Heat -Newer kitchen appliances -Entire unit newly painted -New laminate flooring -New ceiling fan in bedroom -New smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, and Hulu (included in rent) -HOA has a pool, spa, tennis courts, gym (newly remodeled), billiards room, and rentable club house + guest parking -You'll have some shared storage space in the kitchen and hallway cabinets -Top floor unit -Gated community and building with gate attendant for added security -Near 405 freeway, Costco, Ralphs, USPS, Target etc. -Amazing view of the mountains, downtown LA, and the LB airport Other Notable Items: -NOT weed, vape, or cigarette etc. friendly. In my free time I like to read, watch new shows, explore coffee shops and restaurants, travel, go to concerts and comedy shows, and dance. I don't have any pets (I'm allergic), and I am very clean. We'll get along if you're down to earth, clean, and respectful. My roommate and I usually share cleaning supplies and some kitchen items like salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, napkins, paper towels, trash bags etc. We just communicate regarding who's going to buy that item that month if we see something is empty/needs replacing House Rules: -Clean up after yourself -Contribute to common area cleaning (mostly kitchen and flooring) -No smoking/vaping -If you plan on having anyone over just let me know ahead of time (no guests younger than 12) -Overnight guests can spend the night on Fridays and Saturdays only.
