Dear Residents, First and foremost, thank you for being great residents and choosing to reside at our community. As we are getting into the fall months, here are a few reminders to keep our property looking great and our grounds clean. Pet Waste: Please ensure that all pets are leashed and that you pick up after them immediately. Dumpsters: In order to keep the property clean and pest free please deposit all trash in the proper dumpsters and close the lid. Recycling Dumpsters: The white dumpster is specifically for recycling and not trash. Please only use it for boxes, cans, bottles, and other recyclable items. We have seen an excess of trash in these bins. Thank you again for doing your part to make this a clean and quiet community. It's a collaborative effort and we appreciate all of our residents. Also, don't forget about our resident referral program. We are currently offering a $500 bonus for all referrals for a limited time. Please see the leasing office for details.
