If bringing 2+ guests and needing living space, please communicate this with roommate(s) to accommodate living space and parking needed. Please request permission for overnight guests ahead of time, 1 night only Kitchen Ideally run large appliances like washer/dryer after 8p, or before 4p to save energy. Anytime OK during the weekends. Clean dishes daily to keep sink from filling up with dirty dishes, and put away once dry Clean after yourself and avoid cluttering shared spaces Keep eating to the dining/living area Avoid pouring grease/oils down any sinks/pipes! Wait until cool and put in trash or outside yard away from the house (to avoid attracting animals). Includes oil pulling. Nothing in toilets except toilet paper-not even flushable wipes! Garbage Bottom cabinet below glass cabinet in the kitchen pulls out to reveal two kitchen trash bins: one for trash, and one for recycling (rinsed plastic, clean cardboard, paper without grease). Trash and recycling bins are kept outside on the side of house by the driveway and trash day is early Monday morning (bins taken out Sunday night). If you want to recycle glass, look up locations for Ripple Glass-there is a public drop off location 3 mins away off Johnson Dr & Flint St. Parking Park on far right side of driveway, perpendicular to the house to avoid blocking garage door. Please do not block driveway either. If having multiple guests, please communicate with current resident re: parking Security Ask long-term resident if you have questions on how to access the home. You will have a unique pin code to arm/disarm the security system and electronic door pinpad (last four digits of your phone number).
