The neighborhood is fabulous - you can walk to the Van Aken Shopping District for local goodies, fun dining spots, shopping, and more! Local grocery stores are close by as well. Take the RTA Rapid to Tower City and downtown Cleveland. Second floor guests have a private entrance through the back door. You'll have a spot in the garage or in the driveway. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, tall windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a big Smart TV for watching your favorite shows. The dining room seats 4 people and connects to an eat-in kitchen area. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch! There's a queen bed and a full bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. AC units set up during the summer. One of the bedrooms has built-in bookshelves. Laundry facilities are in the basement. They are shared with other guests.
