Married couples may combine income, but ALL OTHER ADULTS must qualify as individuals (must make $4,575/month individually); 3) Do you have pets and describe - NO DOGS; 4) Good credit history (690 score and above) and 2 good rental history references or proof of excellent mortgage history; 5) Any evictions (unlawful detainers)/criminal history? (Criminal check and credit check is required) please explain; 6) First month, last month and deposit ($1,000) are needed within 24 hours of acceptance of application; 7) No co-signors or comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports; 8) Renters insurance is required.
