Bedroom is about 200 square feet - the bathroom is HUGE I can get a grill for the backyard for you if you would like one My girlfriend and I live here with our French Bulldog. We furnished the back room, but if you move in, feel free to make it your own! (i.e.; move around furniture, let us know if you want to bring any big items, want anything taken out, etc.) If you dont have a tv I will get one for the room for you It's not a traditional kitchen but you have two sinks in the bathroom SEE PICS! You have your own private entrance to the room with a key. As seen in the pictures, the entrance connects to the backyard that has a storage shed, which is all yours if you need it. In the backyard, one door gives you access to laundry/WD, and the gate door leads you to the front where there is free parking.
