Within walking distance to the small hamlet of Graton, with its excellent restaurants, small market, and wine tasting, it also has nearby hiking/cycling trails. Its in a quiet tiny rural neighborhood, making it an excellent place to come home to after the hectic pace or office culture of work. It is approximately 550 sq.ft., with a large, open floor plan. The bathroom has a cast iron bathtub and is very roomy with tile flooring. The kitchen has a four burner stove top, a refrigerator, and a small electric convention oven. It has counter space and enough cabinets to make it a decent little kitchen, more than a "kitchenette". It is the downstairs unit in a two story house; their is a (quiet) household upstairs. The unit has its own, separate entrance, of course. There is a small outdoor area attached to the unit, that is for use exclusively by the tenant. Off-street parking is provided for one car.
