Lease Terms (All terms comply with applicable Seattle and Washington State landlord-tenant laws.) Stay Duration We welcome furnished stays from 3 to 12 months. Longer stays are welcome and often work best for both our guests and our scheduling. The Home This private, fully furnished 1,000-square-foot upper-level home is designed for comfortable extended stays. The home includes carefully selected furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, everyday essentials, a private upper deck, and exclusive use of beautifully maintained gardens with a private outdoor seating area creating a comfortable, move-in-ready home with inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ideal for: Professionals relocating to Seattle Corporate relocations and temporary work assignments Insurance-displacement housing Visiting nurses and other healthcare professionals Homeowners remodeling their primary residence Couples, solo travelers, or quiet households Extended visits with family nearby Whether you're relocating to Seattle, remodeling your home, working on an extended assignment, or simply seeking a peaceful place to land, you'll find everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Your Homeowners We live on the lower level and deeply value privacy both yours and ours. You'll enjoy your own completely private living space while we remain nearby should you need anything. Our goal is to provide the best of both worlds: the independence of your own home with attentive homeowners who believe in mutual respect, clear communication, and making your stay as comfortable as possible. Rental Terms Monthly Rent: $3,999 Minimum Stay: 3 months Refundable Security Deposit: $2,500 Nonrefundable Cleaning Fee: $299 Application Screening Fee: $40 per applicant Renter's Liability Insurance: Minimum $300,000 liability coverage required before move-in. Pet Policy Because we live on-site and share our home with a rescue dog who is sensitive to other animals, we're unable to accommodate pets. We fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including reasonable accommodations for qualified service or assistance animals. Smoke-Free Home Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere in the home or on the premises. Parking Two designated parking spaces are included exclusively for your use. Additional street parking is readily available for guests. EV charging is not currently available. Utilities Included Water Sewer Garbage Electricity High-speed internet Lease is based on occupancy of up to two residents. Occupancy beyond two residents for more than 7 consecutive days, or 10 total days within a calendar month, will incur an additional $125 per month per occupant to help offset increased utility usage. In-Home Laundry A brand-new, full-size LG washer and dryer are provided exclusively for your use. Payment Methods Rent may be paid by ACH bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
