About the building

Hello! I'm looking for either: - One tenant interested in renting two bedrooms for $1,650/month total, - Two roommates who already know each other and would like to rent both rooms together for $900/month per room, or - A child free couple interested in renting both rooms for $1800/month. The home is a recently remodeled 3BR, 2BA house in West Seattle near White Center Heights Park. I also live in the house and am a neat, respectful working professional who works from home a couple days a week. The household is laid back, clean, and easygoing. I'm looking for tenants who are responsible, financially reliable, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. A little about me: I'm a lifelong Seattle sports fan and a huge baseball fan in particular. I enjoy comedy, history, spending time outdoors, and getting out to Mariners games whenever I can. I'm easygoing and appreciate a comfortable, respectful home environment. The location is extremely convenient about 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and SeaTac Airport, and a short 10-minute walk to the Metro H Line, which provides easy access to downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The property sits on a large private lot with ample off-street parking, mature trees, lots of greenery, and a seasonal pond that attracts ducks in the winter. The house stays surprisingly cool in the summer thanks to the tree cover. There is a fully furnished living room, spacious kitchen with a newer refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, large deck for grilling and hanging out, and a locking shed for additional storage. Both bedrooms are unfurnished, have refinished hardwood floors, and share a large bathroom. Monthly utilities for both rooms together typically run between $100-$150. Available July 15, though the move-in date is somewhat flexible. Ideally looking for tenants planning to stay at least one year. If you're interested, send me a message with a little information about yourself (or yourselves), and we can set up a tour.
