Hello! I'm looking for a male roommate in a recently remodeled 3BR, 2BA home in White Center. You'd live with two guys in their mid 20s, who are neat and respectful working professionals. One works from home two days a week. If you like sports, video games, comedy, or getting outside and are laid back you'll fit right in. Regardless it's an easy going household. This is a very convenient location, about 15min drive from downtown Seattle or SeaTac airport, short 10 minute walk to the metro H line which can take you downtown in 30mins. There are a lot of great low price restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive. The home is on a large lot with ample free parking and great privacy, lots of vegetation and a seasonal pond. Fully furnished living room, washer and drier, spacious kitchen with a brand new fridge, gas stove and range, and dishwasher. Great deck for grilling and hanging out in the summer. Also has access to a locking shed for additional storage. The room is unfurnished, has recently refinished hardwood floors, and a closet. It shares a nice bathroom with one of the guys. Rent is $1000/month which doesn't include the $100-$150 in monthly utilities. Room is available July 1st, looking for a 1yr+ tenant. Start date is flexible.
