A new thorough cleaning with a quick walk-through inspection and a new cleaning fee of $300 is required every 6 months to better maintain our units, furnishings appliances and supplies. This ongoing bi-annual cleaning and walk through will be required before the next 6 month contract is signed, you do not need to be present. Additional professional cleanings can be arranged with our cleaning service if you are interested. For contracts over 6 months, this additional cleaning fee will be added to rent, spread out over 6 months or paid in advance of 7th month. * I use Avail for applications which includes background/rent history/credit check and also for contract and monthly payments. They charge is $55 per person which covers background/credit/rental history -required for every financially liable tenant on contract. $30 refund per tenant paying $55 will be deducted from your first months rent if you are approved. * All non-paying residents over the age of 18 must pass background check ($30) *If fee is required to check work verification this will fee will be required up front.
