Payment Schedule $1 of the total amount is due at time of reservation. Remaining balance: First 2 months rent ($4,800 x 2 = $9,60) due 10 days prior to arrival. Can be paid by ACH or Credit Card. Cancellation Policy All paid prepayments are non-refundable. Security deposit A refundable security deposit of $4000 is due. Monthly rent: $4,800/month First 2 months' rent due 10 days prior to rental start date After the first 2 months, rental converts to month-to-month Partial months are prorated based on the number of days in the month Deposit & fees Security deposit: $4,000 due at signing of rental agreement Pet fee: $500 non-refundable for up to 1 animal.
