The house is located in the heart of the Central District neighborhood next to the Central Cinema, and just around the corner from Chucks Hop Shop and PCC. You can walk to Capitol Hill, Downtown, Trader Joes, and Safeway. Your house is located in the back part of our lot. We are a queer progressive family, with various pets including a cat, guinea pigs and dogs. We like to garden, grill and have friends over. We are looking for tenants who are friendly and interested in occasionally joining us or not, but who like to have a sense of community. Rent is $3000.00/month. Owner pays for water-sewer-garbage up to $100.00 per month, you will pay for your electric and other bills. First months rent and a deposit of $1500 to move in, last month rent to be paid within the first 6 months, and $40 for the credit check. Pet friendly, well-behaved animals are negotiable. Street parking. Available August 1st but sooner may be possible.
