Total is $925/month Your 170 sqft room has queen-size bed (mattress included), a small fridge, nightstand, lamp, closet with extra space, build-in drawer for extra storage There will be dedicated space for you in the kitchen and bathroom also. You and the other tenant are living upstairs and the owners are living downstairs, so minimum interference. You will share a half bathroom with the other tenant upstairs, and shower is in the main bathroom downstairs, which you will share with the other tenant also. Safe, quiet and convenient area in Maple Leaf , about 10 minutes' walking distance to Northgate Transit Center (light rail, bus). No Pets (sorry, we have one dog and that is enough for the household),no smoking, no drugs Few thing to keep in mind before you apply: * we offer month to month so it gives both parties flexibility * we have a beagle at home and he can get excited with people, so you must be comfortable with dogs * there is NO exhaust in the kitchen, so only light cooking please (a small amount of smoke/fume will set off the smoke alarm) * we do ask you to keep visitors (especially overnight guests) to a minimum * the pictures shown are used during the sale of the house, the actual room/house looks slightly different now (different furniture, etc.)
