This is a fully furnished, mid-term rental offered to responsible tenants seeking a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home. The lease term is 30 days. The property is provided in excellent, move-in-ready condition and is expected to be cared for respectfully throughout the stay. The home is non-smoking and pet-free. Tenants agree to maintain a peaceful environment and to respect neighborhood quiet hours at all times. This is a residential area, and excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Utilities may be included as outlined in the lease. The home is delivered professionally cleaned, and tenants agree to return the property in the same level of cleanliness and condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. If additional cleaning, excessive mess, or damage is found at move-out, the cost of professional cleaning or repairs may be deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit is required and will be refunded after a post-move-out inspection, provided the home is returned in satisfactory condition. Subleasing, short-term rentals, or unauthorized occupants are not allowed. Any maintenance or repair issues must be reported promptly; tenants may not perform or authorize repairs without written approval.
