Owner will provide qualifications upon request. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Move-In Payment Requirements: Tenant agrees to pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and the security deposit in cleared funds (e.g., cashier's check or electronic transfer). First Months Rent: Must be paid in full on or before the designated lease commencement date. Security Deposit and Last Month's Rent: The security deposit and last month's rent may be paid in 6 consecutive, equal monthly installments beginning on the first month of tenancy, as permitted by local regulations.
