I am seeking a single occapancy renter for the primary bedroom. We share the kitchen and living room and split utilities equally. The primary bedroom for rent 12 feet by 10 feet, with two closets. The larger closet is 7 ft by 2 ft deep, and the smaller closet is 2 ft 5 inches by 2 feet deep. There is a private newly remodeled bathroom with a shower that is 4.5 feet by 8 feet. The room will be $1,000 with and $1,000 deposit. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are newly updated. We have an ocean view, a large backyard, and a front courtyard. About me: I am a teacher, so I wake up fairly early and have quiet hours around 10 pm. I love hiking, visiting farmer's markets, and exploring the beach with my pup. I have one chihuahua, and one foster dog mini poodle, and plan to keep fostering dogs. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, and easygoing.
