Utilities including gas, electricity and water are "all included" in the monthly rent. No smoking units. There are laundry facilities with washers and dryers on the property. Separate full kitchen with stove, oven refrigerator and freezer. Pool to cool off during hot summers. There is gated parking for tenants only with security cameras. Manager lives on premises full time to service tenants.
