Schmidt's Artist Lofts

Schmidt Artist Lofts was deliberately designed as a creative space meant to foster flourishing community artists on their journey to explore their craft. It merges history, affordability, quality and individuality into each one of its carefully designed loft-style floor plans. It includes a number of artist amenities like a dance studio, pottery studio, performance studio, mixed media studios, sound studios, paint studios and a gallery. Additionally, you will enjoy a fitness center, community party room, rooftop deck, clubroom, and a yoga/pilates room. When you move into your room you will find loft-style homes that take advantage of natural light and the existing character of the old Schmidt Brewery. *Schmidt Artist Lofts participates in an affordable housing & artist program.
