Lease must be 30 days at minimum. Please be aware that you do have to climb stairs to access the apartment. Safety first! You have access to the upstairs apartment, small screened-in porch, fenced in front yard (please note it is a low fence), off-street parking (2 spots), in-unit laundry with starter supplies. There is a quiet, long-term downstairs tenant who we love. A well-behaved and cared-for pup is allowed. No kitties, please. Please be up to date on flea and tick meds as well as vaccinations. Let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend and we will be sure to set up the space accordingly! The space is small, so 1 dog maximum. Please don't smoke in the space, no matter how chic it might make you feel. We will have to charge a $500 fine, at minimum. No one wants that!
