Make sure irrigation is working, sweep leaves, etc. BiWEEKLY CLEANING IS REQUIRED BY OUR CLEANING PERSON. $300/mo. CREDIT CHECK: Tenant required to apply through Zillow and pass both a credit and background check; may be asked to provide references.
