Discount of $600 off total rent (before taxes) for concurrent 4 month Jan.- April 2027 lease. Long term leases (6 months or greater): landlord will pay for internet/Wifi up to $155.00; utilities of water, electricity -- up to $150 p/month. If use exceeds those amounts, tenant can remit the excess to landlord who will provide copies of bills for verification. An application fee of $150 is charged by the HOA for lease approval/criminal background check.
