Renter is responsible for all city utilities: Gas, electric, water, sewer, refuse and his/her own internet. Proof of payment of the last water bill must be shown to receive the deposit back. Renter must show proof of renter's insurance within 10 days of signing the rental agreement. Renter is responsible to water the front yard and weed the front and back yard. He or she must notify the owner immediately if there is anything that must be repaired, including small leaks, etc. He or she will also have a number to call for a repairman who knows the house so they can go there directly. There is no HOA. Animals must be neutered and kept on a leash when in front of the house and not create a disturbance to the neighbors.

Well maintained, it has great separation of bedrooms with the master bedroom and bath on one side and the other bedrooms and bath on the other. It has an eat-in kitchen, high ceiling in the living room, and gas fireplace. There is ceramic tile throughout and some linoleum, no carpet as in some pictures. The washer and dryer are included. There is a two-car garage. Please note that some of these pictures are older and the interior has been repainted to a neutral color that you see in some of the pictures. A new swamp cooler has just been installed (end of May)- not "central air" as Zillow puts it. The large backyard is now covered in artificial grass and mulch. It is about 1500 square feet. No smokers. Neutered pets are considered. Please email me telling me about yourself, your employment, how many people will be renting, and why you are moving now. The deposit is also $2500. This price is less than Zillow's estimate!
