This beautiful 3 br 2 bath home, AND… separate 1/1 casita, sits on a fully fenced acre property in Nambe, 25 mins to Los Alamos, Espanola, and Santa Fe. We are looking for tenants that appreciate rural living, enjoy gardening, peace & quiet, and stewarding the land.
Ideally we would like to rent the entire property, main house and casita, to one family or tenant long-term. The casita is a great space for an aging family member, teen, or for use as an office/studio but CANNOT BE SUBLET. Both homes can come partially furnished or not.
The property does have water rights and we would ask that the tenants help with this process during the spring and summer months to get water to the trees and property. It is quite an easy and very enjoyable process

Rent for the entire property is $3800/month, not including utilities (gas/electric/ wifi). DIY trash haul or hire a service at your discretion, transfer stations are very close by. We are open to renting the homes separately, however rent prices would be adjusted accordingly. An $1800 refundable deposit will be collected with the first months rent as well.
Pets are welcomed however will be considered on an individual basis after meeting them. A refundable pet deposit of $200 will be added to the cost. Also, please no cigarette smoking.
