Large, bright kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and all the kitchen gadgets. Kitchen opens onto the sun shaded back porch, with a dining table and additional pull down shades for the elements. Very quiet neighborhood, but right next to the Rail Trail leading to the Rail Yard District and Farmer's Market - galleries, world class restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The Plaza is just a little further down the road. 5 minutes drive in any direction to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sprouts or Natural Grocers. Features a designated work space with standing table and ergonomic chair for digital nomads. Truly a lil oasis close to all of Santa Fe's magic. All amenities/utilities included + fast Wi-Fi and regular house cleaning. Owner does not live on site - fully remote keyless keypad entry.
