A little about us: we are both working professionals in our early 20s. I am a firefighter and work 48 hour shifts. My wife is in acupuncture school locally. We have 2 dogs, Poppy and Lola. Our current roommate is moving over the hill, so we're looking for someone new to come move in! There is an empty bedroom that we use as a guest or study room, although if you have a friend you are moving with we would be open to renting out both. We are tidy, like spending time outside and enjoy working in the yard. About the house: 1 room available in a 1,200 sq ft single family house (NOT manufactured home) 1 private room (approx 12x12) with hallway bath, built-in closet and drawers in both rooms. Available immediately LOCATION: Live Oak/Santa Cruz, CA 1 mile walk to Sunny Cove Beach 1.5 miles to Capitola Mall 2.5 Miles to Downtown Santa Cruz and Boardwalk HOUSE: Fully furnished 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house. Kitchen stocked with cooking supplies, appliances and utensils. In-home gym and laundry room. ROOM - Room is approximately 12' x 12' with built-in closet (approx 6' wide) and built in drawers. Rooms come furnished with bed, desk, lighting, window blinds, and dresser. Shared bath next to rooms with easy access from both rooms. Room can come unfurnished upon request. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in the attached laundry room. RENT: $1875/month SHARED AREAS include kitchen, living room, large backyard, laundry room, workout area and storage closets. UTILITIES: Your share is 1 out of 3 on PG&E, garbage and water. WiFi, sewer and regular pest prevention included with rent. DEPOSIT: $1875 security deposit.
