We have one private bedroom available beginning August 15th for $1,322/month plus utilities. The lease terms are month-to-month.… The house is located in a highly desirable, quiet, and safe neighborhood just steps away from West Cliff Drive and Natural Bridges State Beach. It is a bottom-unit 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with garage space available for storage needs as well as an in-unit washer and dryer (in need of replacement atm; it is a tenant responsibility). All bathrooms are shared/ no private bathrooms en suite.
About Us
We're a couple in our early 30s who both work full-time over in San Jose. And we've recently welcomed another roommate; he is in his mid-20s, a working professional, and a biology student at Cabrillo College. We enjoy living a sober lifestyle and maintaining a clean and comfortable home. During the week, we're usually up early, around 5:30 am, to start our workday. After work, we are out and about, cooking dinner, spending time with our ESA mini poodle, or relaxing at home. We all enjoy running, hiking, biking, eating healthy, and appreciating nature.
