Security Deposit of $3500 required for stays of three months or less, $7000 security deposit for leases that extend beyond 3 months. Security deposits are refundable in accordance with local and State law at the termination of each tenancy. A standard background check for a rental property will be required. Owner pays water and trash. Renter/s pay utilities of a flat $140 per month per person. This includes electric, fiber optic TV/Internet, and gas. 4 residents maximum. Visiting guests limited to no more than 10 days without written approval. Pets are allowed upon pre-approval of owners. The property has other rentals on the premises although the house is separate and shares a common courtyard. Smoking is allowed outside only and as long as it does not disturb others on the property.
