Amenities: - Private and Quiet Townhouse Style property - Washer and Dryer in the garage of the home - Outdoor Patio Space with a Fire Pit - Garage with ample storage space cabinets - Parking Spot right in front of the home's garage (unless you have an RV or something abnormally large) - Convenient Neighborhood Close to 101 access, SB Municipal Tennis Courts, grocery stores like Sprouts/Trader Joe's/Pavilions, Montecito and Downtown SB - Indoor Gas Fireplace - Dishwasher - 5 Minute Drive to Butterfly Beach, East Beach and Leadbetter, Downtown Santa Barbara Costs: The costs are $1750 per month for the split rent (not including utilities). Utilities (water/electric/gas and internet) will be split between the 2 housemates and average about $230-$250 per month each currently. A security deposit of $2400 will be required by the landlord/owner upon move-in. Term: 1 year lease which then becomes a month-to-month lease once the year is completed. Current Tenant and Conditions of Rental: I am a male in my 30's; I am full-time employed (I work remotely from home 95% of the month), and a professional in the Medical Device Engineering Industry. I am a quiet housemate, considerate, clean, respectful and easy to get along with! To share the home, I am seeking a relaxed, quiet, clean, respectful working professional male housemate who will: - Keep Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) - Is considerate and cleans up after themselves, and also actively shares the responsibilities of maintaining clean and tidy common areas in the kitchen/living room/laundry area and downstairs half-bathroom - Not one who likes to throw parties at home, as this will not be the place for you! - No couples living full-time in the room, please. One housemate to occupy the available room/bathroom only. If you have a boyfriend/girlfriend that's completely fine regarding visiting over here, but if you live together then please be aware this rental availability is only for one person! - Certain large breeds of dogs (pitbulls, rottweilers, german shephards etc.) are not allowed here due to it being a condo association and their HOA insurance will not allow them, sorry! Also, any other breed of dog that loves to bark will not be permitted due to noise disturbance regarding the neighborhood and the home.
