Lease terms

This room is available on a 6-month lease, converting to month-to-month afterward. After viewing the room, applicants are required to submit a $30 application fee, a credit check, and a photo of their driver's license. Move-in requires payment of the $500 security deposit plus first month's rent. Utilities (water/trash, internet, gas, and electricity) are split evenly among all housemates and typically run $100 $175 per person per month, depending on the season and number of housemates. The house has room for up to 5 residents total, and couples without kids are welcome to apply for this room. There is a resident dog on-site large breed, well-trained so additional pets are preferred against but negotiable depending on fit. Renters insurance is recommended but not required. Street parking is available (permit required); smoking is allowed outdoors only. A 30-day written notice is required prior to move-out, and the room and home must be left in the same condition as given, including professional cleaning.
