LOCATED NEAR * South Coast Plaza - 1.5 miles * John Wayne Airport - 4 miles * Disneyland - 10 miles * Beaches: Balboa, Newport & Huntington - 10 miles HOUSEHOLD Our household consists of myself + two professional women who are long-term tenants. We're a quiet but friendly bunch. BATHROOMS Since bedrooms & shared full bathroom are on the same floor we accept female tenants only. Tenant has dedicated space in bathroom to store personal belongings. One shared half bathroom on ground floor. Bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean. There are no personal items stored in tub/shower area or on bathroom counters. Each tenant/guest cleans up after using. BEDROOM hardwood flooring full-size bed with organic cotton linens desk with desk supplies adjustable laptop desk (under bed) folding bed tray (under bed) standing desk larger standing desk available upon request television with Roku Guest Mode (you sign into your own apps & are automatically signed out on your check out date) KITCHENETTE IN ROOM microwave mini-fridge w freezer Keurig (pour over or French press upon request) WORKOUT EQUIPMENT IN ROOM yoga mat resistance bands adjustable weights COMMON SPACES Small dining & sitting area outside front door. Back patio: lounge area, dining area. First floor: 2 dining areas, 3 lounge areas (one with fireplace). Family Room with gas fireplace. VEGETABLE & HERB GARDEN You pick - Ask me for a tour - Or ask me what's available. KITCHEN You have dedicated space in fridge, freezer and pantry. Kitchen staples available. LAUNDRY ROOM You have a dedicated shelf stocked with starter laundry supplies ironing board & iron UTILITIES Utilities are included in the monthly rental fee, however if excessive gas or electric is used then there may be an additional amount required.
