        Owner pays for utilities. Small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. There's a designated parking space 2 feet from the front door. Parking space is on site and directly in front of the unit (on the right of the parking lot) There is also street parking for additional cars Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 30 day minimum. Cleaning fee $200. For the well-being of all, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. Any violation, whether discovered during your stay or at checkout, incurs a $500 fine, in addition to applicable fees. We are unwavering in our commitment to providing a healthy and secure environment for our cherished guests and dedicated staff. In line with this pledge and our recognition of the detrimental effects of smoking on individuals and the environment, we enforce a strict non-smoking policy. For those seeking early check-ins or late check-outs, please note that a $50 rush cleaning fee is applied to accommodate your request, subject to staff availability.
